1. GLOSSARY
Privacy Policy: This written notice describes the policies by which lalenteria.mx informs customers and the general public about the way in which the personal data of the owners is handled and to which the Site has access.

ARCO rights: procedure to grant and withdraw consent for the handling of your personal data.
You, on your behalf or through a legal representative, have the possibility to exercise the ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) for the handling of your personal data.
- Access: You can ask the Site to tell you what information we have and how we got it. A copy or email will be sent to you with such information.
- Rectification: you can inform the Site about any modification of any data in particular or of all data (such as name, email, telephone number, address, etc.) in case they are incorrect, inaccurate or because they have changed.

To submit an ARCO request, you must do so using the “ARCO Rights Exercise Request” format (the “Format”), which is a special document that you can download here and which has the necessary elements for you to submit a request.
The presentation of the Format or any request for additional information can be addressed to the address mentioned here, or by email to hola@lalenteria.mx , in which the Owner will inform which right among the ARCO rights he exercises, providing the following information:
- Name of the Owner and accreditation of the legal representative, if applicable.
- The Owner's address and email to which we can provide a response to the request.
- Description of the personal data on which you intend to exercise any ARCO right.
- Any other element that facilitates the identification or location of personal data.
The Site will notify you of the resolution taken no later than twenty (20) business days after the date your request was received, or the day after such request has been successfully modified in accordance with the Site's requirement. In all cases, the resolution will be communicated by email to the email address provided in the request.
The denial of the use of your Personal Information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy will not constitute a reason for us to deny you our Services. Please note that if you revoke your consent to such handling, some Services may not be provided to their full extent.
